  I was told by Dr Galvarino to come when I could as I am sick. He told me I could call before I came so I did. Didn't work out like the doctor said. The staff they have doing insurance and appointments are the rudest collection of women I've ever come into contact with in my life. They will not listen. They have no heart. Rude does not even come to describe these women, and it's all women. I have not met one nice person in that whole office. Dr Galvarino is a sweet doctor and I love him and his soft way but the staff are not worth it; I will be asking for a referral today to another psychiatric practice.

  AVOID NO MATTER WHAT. If it were possible to give a negative start review, I'd go with -100*. The absolute WORST doctor and staff I've ever encountered. Not only is this my opinion from experience but my husbands as well. Not to mention, even the EMS in our county know how these doctors operate, "they dope you up and send you on your way" is they way they put it. I made two visits to this place before I realized what a joke it is. My first visit with Dr. Mario Galvarino was pleasant, we talked for 30-45 minutes, getting to know each other and what not. He prescribed me medication for my anxiety, something I'd never tried as this was my first doctors visit for anxiety, and he sent me on my way. I pick up my medication and gave it a go only to find that the side effects were more than I wanted to deal with so my follow up visit with Galvario I explained to him how the medicine made me feel, he literally stood up (as I stayed sitting at his desk) and walked to the door, opened it and I QUOTE "If you're not going to take the medicine, there's nothing I can do for you." and prompted me to leave his office. This was in less than four minutes. I replied with explaining I wasn't refusing medicine, but there has to be something else I can try that won't effect me the way that one did, as I was still sitting there in owe. He closed the door and sat back down, mumbling about how he has been in the profession for years and he'd never heard of such, mind you, the side effect was sever jitters, nothing off the wall like I grew a new limb or something. Kind of odd to think I'm the only one out there that got jitters from a medicine! Anyway, throughout his mumbling he then proceeding to bring my husband into the conversation which is ILLEGAL being that my husband is seeing him too. He started discussing the medicine he prescribed my husband and what have you, really? Needless to say, I did not pay for that visit and I never will return. The staff is beyond rude, the doctors are a joke and should really be investigated.
