  This is the best medical experience I have had in 30 years when doctors were really concerned and listened. Dr. Powers (although young) utilizes wisdom along with her clinical training which is a breath of fresh air. Although I have insurance, I like this business model concept, there is no hidden charges or unexpected bills later--which is just an illusion that the insurance took care of everything. The great office staff along with the doctors are a great combination for one who is actually proactive about one's own health and seeking a doctor with a sense of working with you not against you--which is worth paying for!

  I initially went to Palmetto Proactive from a friend's recommendation. I have now been going (as needed) for a year. I have seen a couple of doctors in the practice. Dr. Aya-Ay and Dr. Powers have been excellent to listen to my concerns and take time to listen to my symptoms and treat as necessary. I would highly recommend this practice as primary care group or as a urgent care facility. There has never been much of a wait and the office is the cleanest medical facility that I have seen in a very long time!
