  The wait at facility was very long. Explained to both nurse and therapist pain from injury. Visit was very short and doctor spent minimal time with me. Continued to ice, elevate, and take OTC Meds. After returning to work, the pain became excrutiating. When I called the doctor back, the first response from the nurse was, "we don't prescribe narcotics". Well, thanks, but that was not what I was asking for. My request was anything other than the OTC's then what I was taking, that did not work. She then said that he could send a prescription for 800 mg IB. I guess that she did not hear me previously say that this was not working. My biggest frustration was the fact that Dr. Milon spent very little time with me and his assistant made an assumption and clearly did not listen to what I was telling her.

  3 appointments, first 1h and received bandages only to help myself Second 15 min only to receive another one month supply for small finger-bandages Third was the same like 2nd visit. Than I received the bill: BCBS was charged $450 My portion $350 After small step payments of $70/month, I was reported to Transunion and received a lower credit rating. And ONLY one payment was left of $80, which I think I have to pay to have report corrected. But I will report this Insurance Fraud ($800+ For 3 reviews of a tip on one finger) to BBB. As well as inform my insurance to send their Fraud-Agent to them. My Finger was definitely a “Gold-Finger” for this Hand-Center. I am sure that I am not the only one, where they get their Newest-Equipment payed from. Sad but a true story !!!!
