- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The only reason I would even give one star is because the nurse and front office workers were nice. ...As far as Dr.Troup, we had a appt with him and had been made a month in advance, get in the room (after waiting over an hr), a nurse practitioner comes in. She goes over a model of the brain, but really got no answers to anything we asked. NEEDLESS TO SAY..THANK GOD I FOLLOWED MY GUT AND AM GOING TO MUSC!!! We get out and Dr. Troup is sitting behind a desk with his legs propped up. WHAT A JOKE!!!! This is not the way to treat people esp w a very sick child that needs help. Wouldnt waste time or gas furthermore here.May 08, 2017by April Charron
